Click the "Browse" button in the box on the left and choose an image file to upload.

Please note that the image file must be in JPEG format - that is, it must have the file extension ".jpg" or ".jpeg".  For example, "mypicture.jpg" or "mypicture.jpeg".  For security reasons, files of any other type will be rejected by the server.

When your file has uploaded, it will be displayed in the box on the left, together with some information about the file, and a link to the next step will appear.  This may take a few minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

On the next page, you will be offered a choice of sizes that are appropriate for the particular size and shape of your image.
